Rise Again Physical Therapy is primarily a cashed based business meaning that I am out of network with all insurance companies and am no longer accepting new Medicare clients. 
 

Covid Regulations: All high touch areas are cleaned after each sessions, surgical or KN95/N95 masks are required during the session. Occupancy is limited to 4 people in the office at one time.
